Host an Arena

A host does not need to compete. The host creates the arena, brings players, organizes the rivalry, and may spectate while the players decide the outcome through gameplay.

Concept overview. Host rewards depend on actual match activity and the room’s current configuration; they are not guaranteed income.

Host or Host and Play

• Host and watch: create the Hosted Room and remain a spectator.
• Host and play: request a normal funded player seat and follow the same stake and Reserved Balance rules as everyone else.

Host authority controls room moderation. It does not permit the host to move, release, or claim another player’s funds.

C1: Free Host

C1 requires no C2 Hosted-Ticket Service Fee. The host still pays the applicable network transaction cost to create the ticket.

The current fixed reward-side distribution is:

• 60% player reward side;
• 35% host side; and
• 5% Program Vault side.

C2: Configurable Host and Co-Hosts

C2 supports a backend-signed distribution between a main host and co-hosts. The current version charges one server-defined, non-refundable Hosted-Ticket Service Fee when the ticket is created. The host cannot replace the fee asset, amount, or recipient policy.

A future protocol may replace this with a refundable deposit model after the associated refund and claim path is production-ready. That future design is not active yet and will require its own documented protocol version.

Hosted Room Lifecycle

1. Host selects token, stake, player capacity, ruleset, and supported host policy.
2. The protocol creates one Hosted Match Ticket.
3. The ticket opens a temporary Hosted Room where visitors begin as spectators.
4. Funded players request seats and vote ready.
5. At capacity—or with at least two players all ready—the selected roster locks into a Final Game Room.
6. Eligible payout claims apply the configured host and protocol distributions.

A ticket is one-use for a successful match and cannot be cancelled. Closing an empty pre-match lobby does not alter the ticket; an eligible invite holder may reopen it before expiry.
