WANTED Leaderboard
What the WANTED Leaderboard Is
Section titled “What the WANTED Leaderboard Is”The WANTED leaderboard is a real-time ranking of the most dangerous players in SOLANA ZERO.
- It is powered by CP (Contribution Points) earned from ranked matches.
- Higher rank = higher bounty on your head and larger passive reward share.
- Rankings update continuously as matches resolve.
On the tech side, this connects directly to the Real-time WANTED System.
How You Climb the Leaderboard
Section titled “How You Climb the Leaderboard”You gain CP by performing well in ranked matches. Examples include:
- Winning matches.
- High placements.
- High-impact contributions (kills, objectives, evacuations, etc.).
After each match:
- The match resolves via the on-chain game runtime.
- Your CP is updated based on what happened.
- The WANTED leaderboard is refreshed in near real time.
Because updates are continuous, your rank can change moment to moment as other players finish their matches.
Rewards for Top WANTED Players
Section titled “Rewards for Top WANTED Players”Being at the top of the WANTED leaderboard is not just cosmetic.
Top-ranked players can:
- Earn a percentage share of protocol flows from every applicable ranked match.
- Enjoy higher bounty multipliers when other players take them down.
- Gain priority access or influence in future world systems (e.g. Yonk0s, large-scale wars, guild power, etc.).
Reward percentages are typically banded by rank (for example: Top 10, Top 50, Top 200), with higher bands getting larger cuts. Exact numbers are tuned over time.
Inactivity and Decay
Section titled “Inactivity and Decay”To keep the leaderboard feeling alive and fair:
- If you are inactive for X days (value subject to tuning and clearly shown in the UI), your status can change to inactive.
- Inactive players:
- Stop receiving passive leaderboard rewards.
- May be hidden or down-weighted on the public WANTED board.
Design may also include CP decay over long periods of inactivity, so that active players can overtake old legends instead of being permanently stuck behind them.
Update Order with Bounties
Section titled “Update Order with Bounties”When a match finishes, the system typically:
- Resolves bounty payouts and match rewards first.
- Then updates CP and the WANTED leaderboard.
This sequencing keeps accounting clean and avoids double-counting the same event in both bounty and rank updates.
Where to See It
Section titled “Where to See It”You can view the live WANTED leaderboard from:
- The in-game UI.
- The web experience at solz.fun.
From there you can:
- Track who currently dominates the world.
- Decide which targets are worth hunting for huge bounties.
- Plan your climb up the ranks.
